…I, too, am going to tackle the subject of GIRLS.
I’m going to start off with the complete history of all the girls I’ve liked and dated. Here goes:
[HISTORY FILE MISSING]
Ha, ha, you didn’t think I was serious did you? Come on, I’ve got to have some secrets! In any case, here’s all you need to know: Kimberly is the last girl I’ve dated, and my relationship with her is the longest one I’ve ever been in. We were together for more than four months, and it was great. Now, of course, it’s over, but that doesn’t change the fact that it was really wonderful.
I should state first that I’m still figuring out exactly how I feel about that recent breakup, so I’m not going to talk about that here. Not yet, anyway. That’s still fresh and there’s no need for me to talk about it right now. I will, eventually, but… you’ll all have to wait for that.
In the process of moving on, I discovered that there was another girl that I really liked. Well… okay, I wish it were that simple. There’s a few girls that I have feelings for right now, and I’m trying now to decide exactly what those feelings are. (Sometimes it’s hard to differentiate between “dude, I should be better friends with her!” and “dude, I should kiss her,” and when you try to act on both at the same time it winds up being very… mixed-messagy and bad for everyone involved and let’s not go there.) I will not give any names, just in case Victor or Fred decide they want to screw me over.
Girl 1 is awesome. She’s kind, she’s pretty, she’s super energetic, and she is wicked smart. I’ve known her for a while, so I know she’s an incredibly hard worker (not that I’m a great basis of comparison, but I do pretty well in school) and always has something nice to say to me at any time of day. That’s what I really like about her, is that she’s always kind. If she ever says anything mean, it’s always clearly a joke. That kind of positivity usually just makes my day – there’s something quite infectious about her kind words, and she keeps up a warm front even when she’s dead tired and sick and totally not in the mood to say nice things. Also, did I mention she’s pretty?
I’m going to be honest, I don’t know Girl 2 all that well. I have known her for a while but never really talked to her. The few times I have, though, I’ve been caught smiling for quite a while afterwards. She just has a very peppy personality and smiles a lot, which is kind of rare to see when I’m surrounded by upperclass friends (Juniors and Seniors don’t tend to do a lot of smiling, so it’s rare to see one who’s apparently having a good time like Girl 2.) She’s also really cute. Hopefully I can talk to her a little more to try to get to know her a little better; regardless of whether I end up acting on these feelings or not, I’d really like to be closer with her than I am now.
Girl 3 outsmarts me sometimes (note: yeah, I act dumb and lazy a lot of the time, but rarely am I actually out-grammared, and Girl 3 has managed to get me here once or twice.) That impressed me, especially because she wasn’t very high-and-mighty about it. I have an issue with people that like outsmarting others just for the sake of it, but she clearly didn’t want to “win” or anything. Like Girl 2, I haven’t talked to Girl 3 much. I’ll see if I can strike up a conversation at some point with her – hard to know much about her besides that one encounter and the fact that she’s quite good-looking.
So those are the rundowns. Throw in a comment if you have any suggestions or anything… I’ll try to keep you guys updated on any decisions I make and any actions I take. (Hey, that rhymed!)
As always, thanks for reading. Have a nice night!
P.S. Victor, at some point I will make a big post on “what I look for in a girl” – I liked that idea a lot. Readers, keep an eye out… especially the ladies.
